I use the latest Philips SpeechExec Pro 7277 digital equipment which has been developed for .DSS and .WAV file formats.

It is possible that other file formats can be imported but this would have to be tested before any dictation could be accepted.

Suitable desktop dictation can be used or portable devices (see portable digital dictation page). 

Clear handwritten notes can be received by fax or scanned to me and transcribed into the clients specified format and then returned by e-mail.
